Jim and I share a 6 mile training run along the first part of the Capital 10-Miler course. Enjoy our description of the whole course in Harrisburg (includes best spots for spectators), what it is like to run in January in Pennsyltucky and my 2015 Nuun Ambassadorship. I recap how you can win a free entry into the Capital 10-Miler race through our Run Pennsyltucky contest (listen to the impersonations on my January recording and send your guesses to RunPennsyltucky@hotmail.com).

Perfect for a 40 minute run, this recording has horse and buggy prompts every 10 minutes. Download the MP3 or give a listen HERE.
